MAINTENANCE SERVICE – Mipodesign

We are sorry to hear that you may have experienced an issue with an item you order!
Since the products we offer you are sublimation/svg files and no physical items will be shipped, we have a Maintenance Service , applied only in cases the sublimation/svg have error, which means you can request fixing after receiving your item.

First, you must prove that the item is in an unusable state and the item must be in the same condition that you received it,with no adjustments. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase as well. 

You can contact us at customerservice@mipodesign.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you the fixed sublimation file, or you can choose another similar product. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/Fixing request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),instead, we will fix the file’s problems if you have any, as long as you can demonstrate the issues of the file clearly and your request is approved. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
